Jay, I am writing with tears in my eyes. I am so grateful to be a part of your community. This story is such a beautiful and inspiring message of hope during our darkest times. You have shown me what is possible when we ask for help from a dark place. Real strength is vulnerability, and you've given me the gift of being able to support you - yes, YOU gave me a gift. You've shown me that humans are not burdens to each other and that asking for support is the way to connection. Thank you for being brave and allowing me to be a part of your story.
Your words have touched me deeply—thank you. It means so much to hear that my story resonated with you and offered a sense of hope. Vulnerability has been one of the hardest lessons for me to embrace, but messages like yours remind me of its profound power to connect and heal.
I’ve often reflected on how we are most beautiful when we:
a) Stop trying to please anyone,
b) Allow ourselves to be our most vulnerable selves, and
c) Embrace our most authentic selves.
