Your use of language to paint your experience is painfully beautiful. I shared this with a client of mine who had been silent too long and is trying to shake off those chains.

I do hope you will write a book at some point. You are an artist.

Thank you, Linnea. Your words reached me and touch me. I am humbled by your words. I’m not yet working on the book—at least not in the writing sense. Right now, I’m still living in the canyon, not yet far enough from the echo of chronic trauma to shape the full story.

What I am doing is deep brainwork—mapping the terrain, finding language for what was once unspeakable. The book will come when it’s ready. I plan on it.

And if your client finds something in what I share, they’re welcome to follow along. An essay about the general framework will be published through @Robin Motzer

and Wildlands during April. And I’ll talk about the three of the main structures: the Side Canyons, the Dam, and the Reservoir in conversation with Christine tomorrow at 1pm PST—live and available re-watch.

Dear Pippa, your words arrived like a breeze that finds me in a narrow turn of the canyon—unexpected, welcome, and soft. I’m holding onto that life jacket of hope. Thank you for sending it with such care. It is currently very welcome.
