I loved each of these, but the sock poem most of all. ❤️💙🩵💚💛

Thank you Kendall, of those it too is my favorite. I do like the unruly, form defying poems. They are so much more like myself, who has always defied boundaries and has been non-conformist in it's very nature. They are as I have learned called: Formally Promiscuous Work. This work resists traditional forms and embraces fluidity, weaving multiple modes, voices, and genres into a shape-shifting structure guided by inner logic rather than fixed rules. It blends text with visuals, footnotes with narrative, and honors complexity—queer in its refusal of binary, deliberate in its messiness, and ethically expansive in its acknowledgment of lineage and influence. It’s not chaotic for chaos’ sake, but a thoughtful, boundary-crossing practice that invites deeper engagement beyond conventional categories.

Thank you, dearheart. You are a living, loving embodiment of creativity and inclusivity! 🤗

Thanks for weaving in a line from one of my pro-democracy protest poems. 👊🏿 ✌️💛

Are you relocating overseas? I’d love to learn more about that because I am seriously researching a Plan B place. The main things keeping me here right now are my health (CFS-ME) and family, in particular, my adopted mom is extremely dependent on me emotionally and at 94 1/2, it would be very difficult to move her. My sons are here as well, although they are more mobile and open to living internationally.

And I love my home and area. But shit, it is getting VERY scary-fascist here very quickly…. Can we DM?

I will also definitely keep you in mind if I have any overflow for editing and writing projects. if we can do them or hop on a quick call, I can get a better sense of what you specialize in. I get most of them from Reedsy (you might look into getting listed there as a service provider). Unfortunately, I can’t subcontract or refer projects to non-Reedsy pros, but sometimes I get projects just as a freelancer from word-of-mouth or referrals or LinkedIn, and for those I can sub/collab/refer. 😀

Best wishes & smooth flow for your exciting changes!!!
