That’s the paradoxical beauty of dedication: it’s less about striving and more about coming home to yourself. My daily intentions began during a time of deep struggle, a period when the ground beneath me felt shaky and uncertain. My life had become a series of external demands and responsibilities, pushing me beyond my capacity. It was in that moment of inner turmoil that I decided to reclaim my sense of agency through the small, deliberate practice of setting intentions—one breath, one commitment at a time.

This quality is cultivated through mindfulness, effort, and the conscious choice to remain true to one's values and aspirations.
